Blaming Swine Flu Outbreak on Immigrants

As with any viral infection there comes the risk of spreading.  Yes, the epicenter of the Swine Flu is confirmed in Mexico city but this does not mean that the spreading of the sickness in the United States is solely on the hands of Mexican immigrants.

In the opinion of Dr. Perkel, family physician at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, in Philadelphia Pa, the route of bringing into the United States this particular strand of the virus has come in part from Americans traveling from Mexico.  Yes, there may be cases sited within the immigrant population, but many of the claims that this is solely a result of immigrants comes from many right wing fanatics who are pro-xenophobic.
